To volunteer for the VRT booth in the Membership Pavilion [Booth #3034], you can either send an email to Joe Clark or if you have an account on the VRT wiki, you can just add your name next to the slot. (To request an account on the VRT wiki, email Justin Wadland.) Generally, we like to have two members for each slot. Overlapping time slots is fine and if you must arrive or leave on the half hour simply note it in your additions.
